my wrist has swollen up and turned blue... what should i do?
now i banged my hand with all my force on the wall in anger and my wrist got badly hurt.. it got swollen up and turned blue... i can't really move my hand much... and its paining a lot now...
if anyone can tell what to do about this please answer.... thanks...
its not really paining if i keep my hand in one position but if try to move its paining... i don't think its broken....i have put ice on it.... thanks for the help...!!!
